323 Gallery is the exclusive San Francisco outlet for Dolce Bella Chocolates, handmade, artisan chocolates by award winning chocolatier, Audrey Vaggione. Vibrant flavors from Audrey’s Saratoga garden are captured in creamy ganache and enclosed in beautiful jewels of chocolate. Audrey West Vaggione has been an artisan baker all her life producing wedding cakes and pies, etc for friends. She graduated from the SF Culinary Academy pastry program in 2005, where she discovered chocolate as a passion and business opportunity. She opened a commercial kitchen and retail outlet near her home in Saratoga, California in July 2008.  Within her first year of business she won some of the highest awards at the International Chocolate Salon at Fort Mason, San Francisco March 2009 (1st place: most luxurious chocolate experience and 2nd place many others). Audrey cultivates a sizable garden to provide ingredients for her handmade chocolates (raspberries, herbs etc) across the street from her shop in Quito Village Shopping Center, Saratoga.
